Terms and Conditions

Authors are required to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting their manuscripts. A duly signed copy of this declaration, bearing the signatures of all authors, must accompany every submission. Manuscripts submitted without the signed declaration will not be considered for publication.

1. Copyright

Copyright of all published works remains with the author(s). By submitting and subsequently publishing in the journal, the author(s) grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the work available in both print and electronic formats.

2. Originality and Exclusive Submission

The author(s) affirm that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been published previously in any form, and is not under consideration for publication by any other journal, publisher, or platform. Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to another publication is strictly prohibited.

3. Permission for Third-Party Material

The author(s) are solely responsible for obtaining written permission from the respective copyright holders for the use or reproduction of any copyrighted material, including but not limited to extensive quotations, tables, figures, photographs, illustrations, maps, or other third-party content incorporated into the manuscript. Copies of all required permissions must be furnished to the journal upon request.

4. Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement

The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and copyright infringement. In the event of plagiarism, unauthorized use of copyrighted material, or any related legal dispute, the author(s) shall bear full legal and ethical responsibility. Neither the publisher nor the Pinter Society of India, including its editors and editorial board, shall be held liable or made a party to any such claims or proceedings.

5. No Financial Remuneration

The journal does not pay royalties, honoraria, publication fees, or any other form of financial remuneration to authors, translators, artists, or contributors for works accepted and published in the journal.

6. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare and submit the final version of their manuscript in strict accordance with the journal's submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and prescribed template. The journal reserves the right to return manuscripts that do not conform to these requirements.

7. Open Access and Licensing

The journal is an open-access publication. All published content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and sharing in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

8. Self-Archiving

Authors are encouraged to archive the published version of their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, subject repositories, or other non-commercial academic platforms. Any archived version must acknowledge the journal as the original place of publication and include complete bibliographic citation in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International License.

9. Author Declaration

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the author(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Submission of a manuscript constitutes acceptance of all journal policies relating to publication ethics, copyright, licensing, and editorial procedures.

10. Amendments

The Pinter Society of India, the publisher of the journal, reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions, editorial policies, and publication guidelines at any time. Any such revisions shall become effective upon their publication on the journal's official website and shall apply to all subsequent submissions.
